We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of a new version of iceScrum: 7.8.

Core features

  • Christmas surprise: Autocomplete emojis in text fields when typing a colon (:)
  • Support emojis on MySQL (utf8mb4)
  • Open the first backlog in the list when opening the Backlogs view
  • Case insensitive tag search

Apps

  • Manually draw features on editable roadmaps
  • Open the first roadmap in the list when opening the Roadmap view
  • Display event names on roadmaps

Bug fixes

  • Attachments are not exported in project export
  • Story copy doesn’t work if it has cloud / url attachments
  • Email notifications for comments display HTML tags instead of interpreting them
  • Stakeholders disabled views are not disabled

How to upgrade?

  • If you are using our Cloud service: nothing to do, we have already upgraded iceScrum
  • If you are using our standalone version (jar or war): download iceScrum and follow our upgrade guide
