Cloned server not working

I needed to have my icescrum server cloned (from an image) to a new server. I expected that the new, cloned server would also pick up the cloned icescrum data, as the paths were all the same. The server started without any (as far as I can tell) issues, but when the web client popped up, none of the data (projects, accounts, etc.) were populated.

I am guessing there is a subtle configuration change I need to make, but I’m am not an expert in java/tomcat, so I’m not sure where to begin looking. Any ideas?
