Backlog – show sum of effort

Hi,

after updating to v7 I’m missing the sum of effort for the stories in the backlog. In v6 there was a count in the view header. It would be nice having it also in v7.

I used this information to estimate how many sprints are planned in advance. The assignment of a story to a specific sprint is done shortly before it starts.

Hi,

That’s a good idea thanks, we will consider that when our current work will be done.

In the meantime, you can select all the stories of the backlog by clicking on the first story of the backlog, press shift and then click on the last one. This will display stats about your stories, including the sum of story points.
