V7: taskboard – drag 'n drop behaviour combined with filter

Hi,

when using the filter « my tasks » the drag ‘n drop behaviour toggles to « disabled ». Our developers have been confused by that behaviour. They would prefer not to change the drag ‘n drop behaviour automatically when using the filters.
