User Mentions in User Story Comments and Descriptions

Hello iceScrum team,

I’m new here and I would like to first say congratulations on making a remarkable Agile project management software! My team is transitioning away from Atlassian Jira (after their push to have everyone migrate to the cloud). One feature that I’m having trouble finding on iceScrum is user mentions. Is there a way to mention users (for ex. @username) within user story descriptions and/or comments? Also, once mentioned, would the user be notified via email?
