Quick setup infos

Read more in the install guide.

Open a command line interface (e.g. Terminal on Mac or cmd on Windows) and go to your download folder (using cd on Mac or dir on Windows)
Launch iceScrum from the command line using: java -Xmx1024M -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -jar icescrum.jar
Open your browser and go to suggested URL from the command line (usually: http://localhost:8080/icescrum/)
Follow the setup wizard
